Refund and Cancellation Policy

Reve is a platform, not the event organiser

Reve (operated by Perpetuum Innovations Private Limited) is a technology platform and payment aggregator that lets independent event hosts and organisers (each, a “Host”) create event pages, sell tickets and collect payments. Reve is not the organiser, seller or merchant of the events listed on the platform — the Host is. When You purchase a ticket, You are transacting with the Host; Reve only facilitates the listing and the payment on the Host’s behalf and remits the proceeds to the Host.

Because Reve does not own or run the events and does not retain the ticket proceeds, Reve does not itself issue refunds for tickets. Any refund, cancellation, rescheduling or entry decision is at the sole discretion of the Host, in line with the terms the Host sets for their event and applicable law.

How to request a refund — contact the Host directly

If You wish to cancel, request a refund, or raise any concern about an event (including a cancelled, postponed or misrepresented event), please contact the Host directly using the contact details shown on the event page (for example, the Host’s WhatsApp/phone). The Host is responsible for reviewing and settling refund requests. Reve can, on request, share the Host’s contact details and pass along your request, but the decision and the payout of any refund rests with the Host.

For platform or payment-technical issues (for example, a payment debited but no ticket generated), You may write to us at contact@perpetuum.co and we will help reconcile the transaction with the Host and the payment gateway.

Cancellation by You

If You change Your mind after purchasing a ticket, cancellation and any refund are governed by the Host’s cancellation terms for that event. Reve is not liable to cancel the ticket or refund the amount on the Host’s behalf.

Cancellation or postponement by the Host

If a Host cancels or reschedules an event, the Host is responsible for communicating with attendees and for issuing any applicable refunds through the platform. Where the Host initiates a refund, it will typically be settled to Your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the Host approving it, subject to payment-gateway timelines.

Fees & deductions

Where a refund is approved by the Host, applicable payment-gateway charges, platform/processing fees, and any amounts already paid to government bodies (such as taxes) or other third parties involved in processing Your order may be non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Ungovernable Factors

The result of a particular Service cannot be guaranteed as the same involves dependency on Governing Authorities related to the said Service. This further implies that rejections/ approvals /responses by Govt Authorities or technical issues with Government sites including Government backlogs etc. are not within the purview of Reve. These may lead to unexpected delays in rendering Services and access to the features of Reve, factors like these are outside Reve’s control, hence You/End-User cannot be held eligible for any refund.

Force Majeure

Reve shall not be held responsible in case of breach of its satisfaction guarantee by this Policy or default under any breach of terms and conditions stipulated in Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Reve shall assume no responsibility to refund any amount on any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, pandemic, famine, COVID-19 or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond Reve’s reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

This Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the refund policy periodically for any updates.

Applicability of Related Agreement(s) and Terms of Use
